Instructions to make to make TBs Ramen

  1. Add water and a pinch of salt to a sauce pan. Fill it about half way and bring to a boil.
  2. Add your Ramen/noodles and boil for about 5 minutes, then bring to a simmer.
  3. When Ramen is done, drain and rinse with cold water. Hold in colander.
  4. At the same time in another sauce pan, add your oils and heat.
  5. When oil is hot, add minced garlic and let it sizzle & pop for about 2 minutes. Then bring to about half heat.
  6. Add gokuchan, salt, pepper, soy sauce, protein/shroom, sprouts to the oil and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add broth and let low simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Add noodles and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat to let the noodles absorb some of the broth. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve and add half sliced soft boiled egg, sesame seeds, greens & green onion.
